Module was very easy to install with with the included instructions! I've had this for a little over a year and had no issues until recently the phone app stopped working. I contacted support and they were able to walk me through troubleshooting and determined my cell module was probably bad and sent me a new replacement! A+++ if you're on the fence about buying from this company don't worry because you will have no issues!

Easy install I’ve had no issues at all

Was a super easy install. Everything fit a little tight with all the wires, but was certainly able to put everything back to look factory again. Install was quick and easy with just the color codes BUT the typed-out instructions included confirms the correct procedures for installation. Been 3 months and its been easy to use during this cold season. In the beginning it took me a few times to get use to the "takeover" procedure. But became 2nd nature within the same week.

I ordered the Infiniti Hybrid remote start kit with the phone controls and installed it myself last week. So far, it is working exactly as expected. Phone start is easy and reliable and so is the OEM key fob 3x lock method. Installation instructions were good and it was not very difficult. The hardest parts were 1) replacing OEM ODB2 port with the aftermarket plug - there is very little room behind the ODB2 port so it was a very tight fit and 2) getting the kick plate cover over the BCM back on with all those plugs and wires underneath - again a very tight fit. Running the cable behind the radio was easy. I used a stretched out cloths hanger and taped the cable to the end after unplugging it from the T harness. It easily ran straight through behind the radio back against the firewall.

So far so good. Worth the money and no install. It would be easy to uninstall if needed as well.
