So I ordered and installed this item a couple months ago. I received my order and spent 3-4 hours trying to figure it out. It wasn't working something was not adding up. I called to ask about why it wasn't working. Turns out they sent the wrong order. And it happened twice. First no antenna, second wrong keys. The whole ordeal probably cost me 10+ hours of messing around to turn to get it to work. They apologized and sent me the correct order and I finally got it to work. But really.. for the amount of messing me around they should have offered more. A discount? A refund? But no. So... check to make sure you have the correct items and key fobs!

installed this on my 2014 tacoma TRD. it was 100% plug and play which was great. i went slow and took about 2.5 hours start to finish. paper instructions were above average on something coming from china, but below par for someone who doesn't routinely take their dash and floorboards apart. (I followed along on a competitor 12 volt system on youtube, as nothing was published for the 2nd gen specifically with accessorides). the quality of the connections and parts was surprisingly high. works as described and happy i did it.

Just installed my plug and play kit about a week ago and I’m very much enjoying the convenience! Only improvements I would suggest is a bit more well worded and detailed instructions for install. There was a few things that tripped me up on the install mainly because of the wording in the instructions. Other than that, it’s exactly as advertised, and works nicely!

If you’re on the fence about ordering, just do it. Best money I’ve spent in a while! True plug and play installation. Instructions with pictures helped. The two way remote range is even better than I thought it would be. I couldn’t be any happier with this purchase. Now I hate that I waited so long to order it.

First off the good: install was really simple and had good instructions. Also this kit does not shut off when you open the door, only when depressing the brake, which is great. All components appear to be high quality and is a true complete plug and play takeover kit. Very nice to have a single remote that looks good compared to other aftermarket competitors.

Now the not so good: It was missing the plate to install the hood switch. I suppose this is abnormal for this manufacturer considering it's quality elsewhere. Also unfortunately you do lose the blinking park lamps and Toyota "beep" when locking and unlocking which I didn't realize prior to purchase or that I would miss it so much. Also the two way remote beeping is obnoxiously loud, I can hardly hear the truck lock standing near it! I probably would have opted for just the 1 way if I had known how loud they are to save some money.

Overall if you don't mind the few things I mentioned, very high quality and well worth the money especially on sale!
