Simply press and hold our remote to start the vehicle and then press twice more when approaching the vehicle while the remote start is running to unlock the doors.

Note: Your current OEM remote is not functional while the vehicle is running so you must use the new remote to unlock the doors when using the remote start.

As advertised!

It took me 4 months to finally decide to purchase this remote start. It only had 2 reviews and I was a bit skeptical that it is plug and play.

I was wrong! This product is as advertised! I purchased the $299 option (One 2-way fob + one 1-way fob, both range at 2000ft).

It's intimidating to open the box with the whole wiring harness. It came with instructions. I read it three times before it clicked.

It took me 45 min to install including the hard wiring. I didn't install the hood pin (option to have the car not start if the hood is open).

I'm glad I made this purchase. I saved a ton of money installing it myself. I don't have to wait to warm up my car!

It came with a card that it was prepared by a veteran. I myself am a veteran. What a nice touch!

Simple!

The installation of this remote start kit was very straight forward, no issues, easy to install and works like a charm! Start to finish probably took about an hour? Im no scientist nor a certified Kia technician by any means, but i got the job done. No complaints, bravo!

Very misleading

In order to install this, you have to remove the entire steering column. It is not something you can do yourself unless you are a trained mechanic.

Hello, we do not see an order under your name or email address, please reach out to us if you need any tech support or if you would like to return the item. The entire steering column does not need to be removed. Only the plastic shroud around the column needs to be removed, it should only take about 45 seconds or so.
