The 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe remote start (even for our top of the line model) requires a phone app. How stupid is that? I have to log into an app to start my freaking car. And about 50% of the time it doesn't start because car isn't locked, door is ajar, planets are not aligned, whatever. That was bad enough, but then after the 3-year free period they wanted $20/month to allow me to continue to use that sucky system. So I searched on internet and found this system (I had actually installed another brand of remote start on a Hyundai Tucson, and it was incredibly difficult to install. Worked great, but very difficult, and I didn't want to do that again).
So I purchased the "3x lock button without takeover", since we really don't use it that often. Easy to install, essentially plugs jumpers into existing connectors, and that's it. Totally amazed how they figured out the details to connect it into the OEM system, but it integrates into the existing electronics perfectly. Hit the remote lock button 3 times and it starts. Touch the door handle and it turns off, but that isn't an issue as far as I'm concerned.
The instructions were good, my 2019 glove box was slightly different than they showed in the instructions (the part you remove after you take the glove box door off was not the same as they showed), but I was able to get to the connectors without removing it. Overall, extremely pleased with how easy it was to install, and how simple it is to use it!

I needed a remote start for my Hyundai. I checked all options, local store, the dealership etc..... I decided to give Accessorides a shot, especially since they seem to be the only company making anything for the 2019 Santa Fe. The item arrived in a very timely manner, item came well packaged with instructions. Installation was easy and straight forward. Thanks to Accessorides, my Santa Fe and I will be warm this winter! I still hope it doesnt snow however :) Scott on tech support was amazing!!!!!
